Food & Hunger

Your character has a Food meter from 0 to 100 that drains as you spend stamina. Eat to keep it up, eat boost foods for timed bonuses, or cook your own dishes from ingredients.

Hunger

  • Food goes down 0.02 for every stamina point you spend (1 food per 50 stamina).
  • At 0 you are Starving: stamina regen x0.5 and training gains x0.5.
  • Hold a food and click (M1) to eat it.
  • Fatty foods add body fat, which counts toward the fat cap.
