Sleep & Fatigue

Training and running build up fatigue from 0 to 100. High fatigue makes everything cost more stamina and eventually stops you training, and the main way to clear it is to sleep in a bed or a sleeping bag.

What builds fatigue

  • Training reps (a Push Up adds about 0.03).
  • Running (0.01 a second) and jogging (0.003 a second).
  • Using skills (0.3 each).
  • High Stamina and Durability cut fatigue gain, up to 35% less at 1500.

  • Deep sleep: hits can't wake you.
  • You wake with a move key, the bed prompt again, or when fatigue reaches 0.

Trivia
